Can anyone help me make sense of these labs?

Two weeks ago, I got bloodwork done and my liver enzymes were spiked—ALT was at 139 and AST was 90.
My lymphocyte count was also up, including some atypical lymphocytes at 6.
Basically, mono.

Just did another round of bloodwork and now ALT is even higher at 157, while AST dropped to 62.
Lymphocytes are back in the normal range, no more atypical ones, and everything else looks fine.

I don't feel terrible, though I can definitely feel my spleen acting up once in a while.

Does anyone know what that shift in AST compared to two weeks ago actually means?
Is this an expected part of the process, or should I be worried about complications?

Thanks.🙂
Looks like we've got some experts in the house here.

So, my lymph nodes are swollen—my neck was actually looking lumpy last week and everything just hurt.
On top of that, I’ve got this killer sore throat and tonsil spots (my doctor thought it was strep).
Before all this, I had a dry cough for a few weeks, and now it's back... No real fever, maybe hitting 99.5°F on rare occasions, but usually just around 98.6°F.
My bloodwork shows high lymphocytes at 53, plus atypical lymphocytes at 6.
Enzymes are up too: ALT is 139, AST is 90, and CRP is 6.8.
That's basically everything that's off from the normal range.

Mono? Or something else?
I was reading online that those elevated enzymes might be a red flag.

Hey there!

Chill out, everyone. 😁

Anyway, thanks for all the advice.

Look, I am NOT trying to get jacked. I'm really not into that whole bodybuilder look... I'm tall and not overweight, but I've got a bit of a gut and those extra rolls are starting to bug me. So, I just want to lose the belly and maybe tone up a little, but I have zero ambition to become a meathead.

I've heard you can drop weight at the gym without having to chug protein shakes and all that stuff people take to bulk up. My plan is to hit the gym this fall for some light workouts. It's the only option since my apartment doesn't have enough space to work out at home.
And finding someone to help me out there? Man, I'm way too awkward and shy for that, haha.
I guess they'll have trainers or something...

Running? Yeah, I do that. I hit the local park a few times a week, run a lap or so, and then head back. That works for me.

Cycling? Can't do it, I don't own a bike, and I'm definitely not hauling one into Washington, D.C. just for that.

So, basically: running, hitting the gym, and maybe a diet (though I probably don't even need one since I'm already eating way less than I used to). 😁
