Issues with my brother-in-law...

Well, I find myself in a bit of a situation where I’ve discovered a lesion on my liver. I’ve gone through the whole routine—blood work, several ultrasounds, and even a CT scan—and everything seems to point toward it being a benign change. I suppose I’m wondering just how much of a concern this actually is, and how frequently I should be keeping an eye on it. Since it isn't causing me any physical discomfort, I'm also curious if surgery is even on the table. Just for context, I don't drink alcohol or smoke, so that's not a factor here. I guess I am also wondering how quickly these types of adenomas typically grow? Is it necessary to schedule weekly ultrasounds, or is that probably overkill? The only thing I haven't done yet is an MRI, mostly because my primary care physician thinks it isn't really necessary at this stage.
