Another set of bad blood results. My AST is at 32 (normal up to 30), ALT hit 81 (limit is 36), and GGT is 79 (should be under 35). Does anyone actually know what causes liver enzymes to spike like this? I don't touch alcohol and I don't eat greasy food, but I have a massive sweet tooth—could all that sugar be doing this? These numbers have been bothering me for a while now. I even went in for an abdominal ultrasound and everything looked fine, but my doctor mentioned it might be fatty liver disease. What does that even mean?

AST at 62. Still high. Just great.
ALT - 114
GGT at 50. Still feels like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Just got my bloodwork back and everything is through the roof. I have zero clue why, honestly, and I'm totally lost on what could be causing this. What other tests should I be asking my doctor to run? For the record, I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I don't even touch soda or sparkling water. Haven't even been on any meds lately. I'm seriously stuck—should I just try taking Silymarin or something?
