but if we were to try and piece it together logically, I think it would look more like this:
Superior vena cava syndrome with/associated with:
- an expansive lesion measuring approximately 6.5cm at its widest point, infiltrating the mediastinal pleura (the lung lining), draining into the brachiocephalic bronchi and the superior vena cava, the right internal mammary artery, and the pericardium. Chest CT 02:03:09
- suspicion of carcinomatous lymphangiosis (I have no idea what that actually means)
- suspicion of metastases from the right kidney
- ILARI mediastinal lymphadenopathy (I honestly don't know what this part refers to either)

anyway, I hope that helps you out just a little bit..🤷

Superior vena cava syndrome involving:
-an expansive lesion with a maximum diameter of approximately 6.5 cm, infiltrating the mediastinal pleura, the confluence of the brachiocephalic bronchi and the superior vena cava, the right internal mammary artery, and the pericardium. Chest CT dated 03/02/09.
-suspected carcinomatous lymphangiomatosis
-suspected metastasis in the right kidney
-mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy.
