Can someone make sense of these results for me? Here’s what I’ve got:

creatinine in urine—11253 mmol/l (no ref range provided)
creatinine clearance—49.69 cc/min (no ref range provided)

Everything else looks fine.
My internist wants me to redo the full 24-hour urine collection just to see if my output was actually that low or if it was just a one-off fluke. On that specific day, my diet and hydration were totally normal—nothing out of the ordinary. Now I'm going to try upping my fluid intake before I repeat the tests, but honestly, I’m losing my mind here. That creatinine clearance doesn't seem that high, and neither does the urine creatinine, but I don't really trust it since there aren't any reference values listed. If everything were perfectly normal, wouldn't those numbers be basically zero? Can anyone explain this to me? Please, I'm waiting on this. My ultrasound came back clear, though.
