I will get straight to the point... I just received my blood work results and several markers are elevated:

HEMOGLOBIN - 167 g/L (normal range 129-160)

Enzymes >>
S-AST - 24 (normal range 11-38)
S-ALT - 40 (normal range 10-33)😕
S-IBM - 52 (normal range 10-27)😕

I am curious as to what this signifies. I am 17 years old and have never dealt with any significant health issues, aside from occasional bronchitis, though I doubt there is any correlation there. For context, I do smoke, and I occasionally consume alcohol on the weekends, albeit in moderate amounts. I would appreciate it if someone could provide an explanation regarding what might be causing these levels.
