redbadger26 said:The main issue here is hyperlipidemia. Your cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides are all elevated. You need to adjust your lifestyle and follow a diet specifically designed for hyperlipidemia—you can find guidelines online or just ask your doctor.
As for the high bilirubin, you haven't provided nearly enough data to make a call. It could easily be Gilbert's syndrome, which is a benign condition where bilirubin spikes during times of stress and carries no real health risks.
Your red blood cell count is slightly up, but since your hematocrit is within the normal range, there’s no reason to worry about that.

Thanks.
I checked my blood work; here are the results:

RBC: 6.14H 10e12/L (4.34-5.72)
Hemoglobin 171 g/L (138-175)
Hematocrit 0.519 L/L (0.415-0.530)
Platelets 210 10e9/L (158-424)
MCV 84.0 fL (83.0-91.2)
MCH 27.8 pg (27.4-33.9)
MCHC 329 g/L (320-345)
MPV 8.3 fL (6.8-10.4)
RDW 11.2 % (9.0-15.0)

WBC 7.6 10e9/L (3.4-9.7)

I am 24 years old. I don't play sports regularly—only occasional physical exertion. I am a blood donor. High red blood cell counts run in my family; my paternal grandfather had them, as does my paternal aunt.
Is this cause for concern?
Also, my bilirubin is high. Is that linked to the elevated RBC and hemoglobin levels?

Thanks
