A few different dermatologists I’ve seen lately have all pointed toward an allergy, so I’m operating under the assumption that’s what we’re dealing with here—unless, of course, it looks like one thing but turns out to be something else entirely, which I suppose I wouldn't be able to determine on my own anyway...
Grace Smith said:Your results look fine. If you were having a massive allergic reaction, your IgE levels would likely be way outside the normal range, but based on this, everything looks standard. No red flags here.

Thanks for the input.
But if my labs are coming back clean and all my allergy tests have been negative—and I’ve actually gone through three different testing sites at this point—how am I supposed to figure out what's triggering this? How do I know what to stay away from? Has anyone else dealt with this, where the lab work shows nothing but the allergy just won't quit? It's a skin thing. Any advice on what the next step should be?
Hello,
I’m not entirely sure if I’ve landed in the right corner of this forum, but since the discussions here seem centered on lab results, I figured I’d toss my question out there...
I recently went in to have my total IgE levels checked because of some allergy issues, and all I walked away with was this piece of paper:

Immunology IgE
Result 6.94
Ref. interval 0-122kU/L

Does anyone know if these numbers are actually normal, or what they specifically imply?
