It’s Friday, and I just got my blood work results back. Since I can't actually talk to my doctor until Monday, I'm feeling a bit uneasy about these numbers and was hoping to get some perspectives here.
Just for context, I’m a big guy—about 6'7" and roughly 230 lbs.
My cholesterol is sitting at 9.2 (the target is usually 5.0).🤷>
Triglycerides are at 2.1 (target is 1.7)
...and then there's the stuff that's really bothering me.
My bilirubin is 24 (normal range is 3-20)
S-AST 30 (normal 12-48)
S-ALT 59 (normal 11-38)
S-GGT 121 (normal 11-55)

So, yeah, that's the list.
I don't drink, I don't smoke, and I was recently under the weather, so I took a dose of Tylenol, but that's it.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any insight you might have.
