Hi there!
I had some blood work done the other day as part of my six-month checkup for birth control...
And my results just came back:
PV 1.22 (ref range 0.7-1.2)
INR 0.90 (which is at the upper limit)
My APTT and fibrinogen levels look fine, but those numbers above have me feeling a bit uneasy... Does anyone know if I'm actually at any increased risk for thromboembolism, or am I still in the clear? Is there anything I can do to bring those values down... maybe through diet? I try to stay active, so I'm not sure if I'm overdoing it...🙂
P.S. I'm currently on Diane 35 and I also deal with high cholesterol...😠
Thanks for bearing with me!
