Diagnosis: Asthenoteratozoospermia
Note: Morphology shows 71% of sperm have irregular shapes
-Head abnormalities: 61%
-Neck abnormalities: 28%
Tail abnormalities: 11%
Does this mean I'm going to have a massive uphill battle trying to conceive? Is this result actually as bad as it looks to me? 😢((((( My doctor told me it was relatively okay, but I can't help but worry...😢
