I mostly stick to fruits, veggies, meat, eggs, and oats, though I do have pasta in moderation. I try to stay away from bread and dairy—maybe a little cheese here and there—simply because they don't really sit right with me.
Is it normal for my vision to go dark for a second whenever I stand up from a chair? It doesn't just happen when I'm working out, either. Also, I spend about two hours at the gym per session, which feels like it might be a bit much, honestly.
🙂
So, my blood pressure is sitting at 130/90 right now, and I'm only 26 years old.

I hit the gym three times a week🙂 and my leg muscles are actually pretty strong... but honestly, what does that even have to do with anything?😁 With the iron😕 I just get dizzy for a few seconds, so I don't think that helps at all.
The actual question was whether I should be taking some kind of iron supplements?
Hey there! So, my iron levels are sitting at 5.5 and my hemoglobin is at 133 (which I guess is pretty decent).
My doctor told me I don't have anemia since my hemoglobin looks fine, and lately, I've been sticking to a diet full of fruits, veggies, and meat.
The thing is, I keep getting these dizzy spells where everything just goes black in front of my eyes, so I'm wondering if I should actually start taking some supplements or if I should just wait and see if things balance themselves out naturally.
Thanks, 🙂
