Not really, I actually handle it quite well.
I've been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

So, if I could pick your brains here, or if anyone happens to know..

I’m someone who usually only gets bruises after pretty heavy impacts—or at least, that’s how it used to be. But over this last month, I've noticed that bruises are showing up from much lighter bumps or even just intense pressure. For instance, my boyfriend jokingly bit my arm the other day (not hard at all!), and by the next morning, I had this massive bruise, looking like I'd been attacked by a rabid dog; I've honestly never experienced anything like it before. I actually asked him to try it again just to see if it was for real, and sure enough, now I have another huge, ugly bruise. In the past, there wouldn't even be a hint of redness if someone nipped at me.
I also struggle with poor circulation; I stay active, yet I'm constantly cold, especially in my feet. On top of that, I feel this deep weakness. Like, if there's a concert on Friday that I really want to attend, I'll be at college until noon, and by the evening, I feel like I've been run over by a truck unless I manage to squeeze in an afternoon nap. I become incredibly sluggish and weak. It’s reached the point where it’s become my "normal" routine to take a nap before any big events.

Why am I starting to bruise so easily now?
Hello everyone...
I might actually get a response here faster than I did on that other thread about IBS...

My doctors are suspecting Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and honestly, most of my symptoms seem to line up pretty closely with that diagnosis. About two years ago, I went through a bout of gastroenteritis, which was quite a mess. My kidney tests came back perfectly normal, though.

I recently underwent a gastroscopy. The visual exam itself seemed totally fine, but now I’ve received the tissue biopsy results, and that is what I’m really trying to wrap my head around:

The biopsy report states: the material consists of small pieces of small intestinal mucous membrane where the villi are regular and lined with normal cylindrical epithelium, while the loose lamina propria is infiltrated with inflammatory cells, predominantly lymphocytes. The mucous glands are regular.

I am currently 20 years old (turning 21 tomorrow! 😍).

So, does this mean my small intestine is inflamed? And what exactly are those lymphocytes supposed to signify in this context?
Most importantly, I’m wondering if these findings actually fit within the profile of Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

Initially, the doctor told me the gastroscopy looked normal, suggested the tissue results would likely be fine too, and mentioned I probably wouldn't even need a colonoscopy. I'm starting to wonder if that plan is changing now that I have these results in hand.
