Buying a new graphics card - (read first post)

Hey guys, quick question for you all. I’m currently rocking a GeForce 7600 GT, but I’m thinking about swapping it out for a Sapphire HD 2600 xt. Is that actually a worthwhile upgrade? Thanks in advance!
