Buying a new graphics card - (read first post)

Does anyone have recommendations for an NVIDIA GeForce card? I see a ton of them available at Best Buy, but I’m having a hard time deciding which one to pull the trigger on.
I don't really need a flagship model; I was thinking this Gigabyte unit might actually get the job done quite well for my needs.

I’m already set with a monitor, an Apple iPad, so I’m wondering if that setup will pair well with the NVIDIA GeForce, and if there are any known issues regarding cooling or fan speeds with this specific card...
Also, do you think the NVIDIA GeForce will be able to handle GTA 4 on max settings?
