Buying a new graphics card - (read first post)

I could really use some advice here... I'm currently putting together a new PC build and I find myself stuck choosing between two different graphics cards.
- Gigabyte Radeon HD 4850 - $469
or
- Zotac GF 9800GT - $313
Since their performance levels seem to be pretty much in the same ballpark, I'm curious about why there's such a massive price gap between them. In your opinion, does it actually make sense to go with the Zotac, or should I look elsewhere?
