Living with narcolepsy

Hey. Two things—anyone else out there dealing with this same mess?
Also, does anyone know how much leeway they give you regarding these disorders, since I can barely manage a basic life, let alone college, so I really only show up when I actually can.
I’ve been digging through the forum, but all I found was one thread on narcolepsy that doesn't really hit the mark for me, especially since I'm struggling with all three of these:
If I don't get an answer, I guess this could just become a general thread for one of the conditions mentioned in the title.
