I've heard two names recommended, Dr. Mladina over at Shalati and Esad Avdagic at St. Jude's.

I’d honestly rather just design my own look and have them cut it exactly how I want,
but I’ve already been through this once before and ran straight into a total hack of a surgeon.
It was a complete disaster, so now I’m stuck having to redo the whole thing; I had the procedure ages ago and I think he messed up one side—like, my breathing is totally off because of him. God, some of these doctors are just terrifying...
That’s why I’m finally asking around to see if anyone actually knows a decent professional who can just make two or three clean, simple incisions, but it seems like nobody here really knows the deal either.
I swear, I’ll end up in the Guinness World Records at this rate; I’ve gone in ten different times trying to get my deviated septum fixed, but it just won't budge. 😂
