I'm not actually from around here, but... well, in my case, it was about a septoplasty and some cosmetic work, and nobody in LA wanted to take it on all at once.🤣

First off, a huge hello to everyone here. I’m technically new to the group, though I’ve been lurking and reading through all your comments since long before I finally pulled the trigger on my rhinoplasty... The surgery is done, and recovery is generally going smoothly—well, mostly. The one thing is, now that the cast has come off, my nose is looking pretty red and is covered in these tiny white bumps—kind of like little pustules? I’m feeling a bit uneasy about it. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing? Any advice on how you handled it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
