Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

Hey, sorry if this has already been covered—I honestly don't have the bandwidth to scroll through this entire thread😢 I’ve got a question: I’m looking into getting a nose job, and to be totally blunt, it's purely for aesthetics. The issue is that I can't quite scrape together $10,000 right now, and from what I've gathered in a few posts, these procedures are performed in public hospitals too. I just haven't been able to find anything clarifying whether they only handle medically necessary surgeries or if you can get cosmetic work done at a standard hospital. I'm assuming it would still cost a decent amount, though probably less than $10k. Thanks.🙂
