Well, you guys actually kind of spooked me there 🙂 Look, my breasts haven't been touched, and I really don't want them to sag... I was happy with how they looked before, and honestly, I’m just as happy now that it's been a month since my surgery... Since nothing was actually altered, they shouldn't be dropping, right? Or am I totally wrong?

Mine was done with local anesthesia, and they needed me to get blood work done. The big thing is checking your coagulation, since there's quite a bit of bleeding during the procedure... but since my mom is a doctor and super protective, she had me do an EKG and a few other tests just to be safe... Plus, they always grill you about what medications you're taking (if any), whether you have asthma, or any other health issues...

Hey... look, I already mentioned this, but when it comes to doctors, plenty of them will operate on kids even before they hit 16. But honestly? Facial bones are still forming and everything. I don't think anything too drastic happens, but personally, I wouldn't touch a surgeon's knife until I was at least 16. I definitely wouldn't have done it any earlier than that myself.

I don't think so. Usually, they only do that if there's an actual deviation and they fix it on the way. I'm not 100% sure though since I haven't dealt with that personally, but I guess if you know the right people, anything is possible... 😁

I can't see the image you're trying to share, but honestly? Probably for the best. I’ve seen enough "before and after" shots on these forums to last me three lifetimes. Usually, it’s either someone looking like they got hit by a freight train or someone who looks like a completely different person—which, let's be real, isn't always the goal. If you're looking for my take on a nose job, you'll have to actually show me what we're dealing with first.

A friend from elementary school had something just like this—maybe even worse, honestly. But man, they absolutely nailed the fix. In my opinion, she looks even better in person than she does in the photo. 🙂 Look, don't let the nerves get to you—they can definitely handle this. If you go with him, the price tag should land right around what I mentioned before. But honestly? Your best bet is just to book a consultation. My nose was just thin and a little uneven before, but it wasn't like, "ugly" or anything, so I don't feel like I've undergone some massive transformation. It’s the people with those huge, bumpy noses... for them, this is a total game changer 🙂 and honestly, good for them. Mine was just small and cute. 👍

Well, fine 😁 because you sounded like you were actually mourning something there... but honestly? It’s true. You look better, and people just don't get why 🙂 since neither you nor I probably had some massive nose to begin with that would make for a "huge" transformation... it's a subtle change, but a huge one at the same time, if you catch my drift... 🙂 And hey, don't sweat the bruising. They have to fade eventually... I hate having to layer on foundation every single day myself, so I'm counting down the minutes until these marks finally clear up 🙂

Honestly, I think it depends on way more than just which doctor you pick. It's all about how intense the procedure is. Like, with Tončić, you're looking at maybe $0.00, but then again, I only went in for a basic cosmetic touch-up...

Well, that sucks then... clearly it's different for everyone. Honestly, I really hope those dark patches fade soon so you can at least cover them with makeup. Maybe you'd feel better about the whole situation if everything had settled down by now, I don't know... so do you regret even going through with it? I went out for the first time since my surgery yesterday and actually managed to cover it all with foundation... but everyone who saw me with the bruising kept teasing me, saying I look like I got jumped 😁 but they aren't actually that bad, especially since I can hide them...

Yeah, I’ve still got a tiny bit of puffiness under my right eye, but honestly, a little concealer covers it up and I don't even care... obviously, it'll take a few more months for my nose to fully settle into its final shape, but it isn't swollen. No matter how much I stare at myself in the mirror or overanalyze every single millimeter, I don't see anything wrong. 🙂 I seriously can't even put into words how much better I feel now that the surgery is behind me... it was worth every penny.

Hey Marvin, it’s been a week since my surgery and honestly? Zero issues. My nose looks perfect—not even swollen... anyway, I just wanted to let you know I actually talked to the doctor about those age limits. Apparently, they don't typically operate on anyone under 15 or 16, but it's not some hard-and-fast rule. For instance, he’s seeing this 13-year-old girl 🙂 next week who has a bump on her nose that’s really messing with her confidence... Since facial bones are still growing and shifting at that age, they usually advise against it, but there isn't any extra surgical danger involved—it's the same risk as any other procedure. That's just my doctor's take, though he admitted surgeons are pretty split on the whole thing; some do it, some don't. Hope that helps... (Side note: I dealt with the exact same thing you are—that constant urge to look down because of how you feel, the total lack of self-esteem. But now? I feel so much better. I'm just glad I went through with it.)

I’ve gotta say, I highly recommend dr. Tončić. I just had my surgery last week, and I’m finally getting my cast off this Thursday... fingers crossed I actually end up with the nose I wanted! So far, though, everything’s been smooth sailing—no pain or anything weird.
