He’s still the junior one—as far as I know, Dinko isn't doing nose jobs solo yet, just assisting... unless something changed recently.
He handles ears and stuff on his own, though..
Oh my god, wow!!!
I was at Tončić's place for my sixth month check-up and everything went absolutely smoothly!!!
They used local anesthesia—I didn't hear a thing, didn't see anything, let alone feel a single thing... they didn't even wake me up until it was all over and I was already moved to my room, getting compresses and whatnot... and get this, my surgery was actually pretty complicated—it lasted over an hour and I was bleeding like crazy because I'm anemic—my levels were all low on those blood work papers... whatever... but I don't remember any of that. I didn't want general anesthesia, and honestly, I didn't even bother asking about it...

I can't believe what I'm seeing, I feel so bad for them... 😢
Everything was perfect for me—doctors, nurses, everyone... 😉
What actually happens at the follow-up after two months?
Nothing fancy—it’s usually just the doctor giving everything a quick once-over
And does this cost anything? I'm really hoping it doesn't...🙂
Go with local anesthesia!
You won't feel a thing—no sensation, no sound, nothing... they just wake you up when it's all over...
Why bother with general? It costs way more and honestly, it’s riskier..
Local, hands down!!
Hey everyone... figured I’d drop my experience here in case it helps anyone out—this forum was a lifesaver for me...🙂
I had my surgery on June 16th with Dr. Tony... they used local anesthesia, so honestly, I didn't feel a thing, it was way too easy 🙂
Had the tampons removed after three days—it stung a little, but those few seconds weren't exactly unbearable... then I took the mold out later. I'm beyond happy with the results; the doctor even mentioned it might settle another 10%, but honestly, I love it just the way it is right now... hehe...
A couple of days later, I was already blowing my nose—not like I really needed to, but just testing things out because curiosity got the better of me... couldn't help myself... hehe... everything felt totally normal. The bruising faded after about 10 days, but by day 7, I could pretty much hide it with makeup. I still have a few stitches left, but you can't even see them since they're tucked away back there; they should fall out soon enough...🙂
I actually ended up bumping into it accidentally two or three times... it stung for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but nothing serious happened, thank God...🙂
It's funny how it works—you tell everyone "don't touch me," and then you end up bumping into it yourself 🙂
As for the lab work, I needed CBC, PT, PTT, and Fibrinogen...
One last thing: the nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and professional, everything was top-notch...
I even stayed over at one of the nurses' places... all five nights! 🙂
If anyone has questions, just ask... I definitely grilled people with every possible question before my surgery 🙂
Later
So, I got my pre-op shot—well, slightly above the butt, if you catch my drift—about 15 days ago. Now, out of nowhere, everything around that injection site is turning bright red and itching like crazy... anyone else dealt with this? What could be going on? Hmmm... looks like I'll have to give the nurse a call.
Hey ladies, quick question about post-op nose care...
I finally took the mold off yesterday, and I’m wondering if it’s okay to start using creams, exfoliants, or face masks on my nose again? Everything feels super numb—zero sensation right now—and things are getting pretty oily... also, I know I should probably avoid wearing glasses for a bit...
Cheers 🙂
