Insect bites all over my body – any advice?

Got some bug bites this morning. They felt almost like fly bites, but now I’ve got these tiny little sores right where they hit—kind of looks like the spot you get after pulling a tick out—and there's some redness spreading around the area. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I go see a doctor or just wait it out? Thanks. 🙂
