Besides, since being happy with the final look is such a deeply personal thing, why don't the patients—both the ones thrilled with their results and the ones who aren't—just post their before and after photos? Let the community decide for themselves who's actually delivering the goods.👍

So, could you maybe drop at least two names from those four or five "great" surgeons who aren't part of the usual rotation?
Hey everyone, listen up—if you’re even thinking about getting surgery, please, do yourself a massive favor and stay far, far away from Dr. Boric over on Petrov Street!! Seriously, stay clear of him. I only went in to get a little fix-up on a bump I had from a broken nose, but man, did things go south. Instead of just smoothing it out, he basically widened my nose from every single angle—it looks totally asymmetrical, you wouldn't believe it. Plus, there's this weird ridge where the cartilage or whatever is still sticking out. Honestly, I'm so shaken up by this whole mess and these "aesthetic artists" that I'm having to think really hard about who I can actually trust to do a revision. Right now, I'm torn between Johnson and Zambelli. The catch is that Zambelli is based out in San Francisco, which isn't exactly convenient for me, but oh my god, a nose is a nose... if I have to fly across the country or even head abroad to get this fixed, I will. Anyway, I'd love to hear your thoughts or any advice you might have. Just once more:Avoid Boric at Petrov Street!

The tip of my nose was pretty puffy at first, but honestly, you can see progress every single day. It’s still a bit of a mystery how he managed to shape the upper bridge like that... but hey, I’m really crossing my fingers that he did a top-tier job because I definitely trust his professionalism. Anyway, I truly hope you end up loving your new nose! : )

So, who did you go to for the surgery?
I’ve been messing around with this every single day for a year and a half now, and honestly? It just won't budge!
It’s definitely scaled back since I first started dealing with it, but you can still see those leftover
crunchy bits.
See, I didn't even have this issue at the beginning—it just kind of developed over time.
I have no clue how it even happens out of nowhere, but man, I just want it gone!
Deep down, I totally saw this coming... I just knew it would happen to me!
I always end up screwing things up! It’s like the universe is specifically picking on me—I am such a magnet for bad luck!!!😠😢😢
Hey there!

Back in June of last year, I finally went under the knife to fix my nose—it was something I actually broke when I was just a kid. Well, after the surgery, this little
bump popped up, looking like a tiny leftover piece of cartilage. When I brought it up to my surgeon, he told me I needed about ten sessions with some kind of specialized light therapy
just to shrink the lump down. He quoted me $33 around a hundred bucks per session—so, like, a thousand dollars total.
I ended up going to four of those appointments before I basically just threw in the towel. I haven't really reached back out to my surgeon since then, but the problem is, that little
bump is still right there, staring at me, and honestly, it's getting really annoying. I’m stuck.
I've been weighing the idea of just finding a different surgeon to clean things up, but then I start thinking... why on earth would I drop another $0.00
just because the first guy did such a mediocre job?
What do you guys think I should do?
Should I go find a new specialist, or should I show up at my current surgeon's office after a whole year and demand that he actually fixes what he started?
