Exactly, I really don't think you need surgery... your nose looks fine to me, it's definitely nothing major.
By the way, I had a rhinoplasty myself and I'm not exactly thrilled with the results. It looked great at first, but then after about a year, this weird little indentation showed up right where they worked on it...
