Hey everyone, I'm 18 and just joined the forum, but honestly, I've been dwelling on getting a nose job for a while now because my current nose just really brings me down. My tip is kind of wide, so I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences—just a quick rundown of how your surgeries went. There are plenty of threads here, but I can't seem to find much in the way of actual personal stories (unless I totally missed them), so if you could briefly let me know about the success rates, I'd appreciate it since that's what I'm most nervous about.
