My experience couldn't be more different. After I asked Dr. Ignatovski for a computer animation, he emailed it over before the procedure. Then he operated on me, and I am thrilled with the results. I needed a very specific correction on my nose following a car accident, and he nailed it. As for the staff at the Kaplan Clinic? A perfect five stars. I'm really sorry you had such a bad run.
