I'm wondering, though—how is it that one person's nose might shift or change shape "years" after surgery, while someone else's stays exactly the same? What's the deal with that?

I saw Dr. Glusac about a year ago and asked about dermabrasion back then. It seemed like a decent option, so maybe I should head back in for another consultation to get a definitive professional opinion...
