Question regarding moderator conduct in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Brian Anderson6 said:People on this American forum are afraid to admit it. Not long ago, there was a link circulating here that explained everything in detail. It’s clear the Prime Minister can read these posts, and I don't know why people find it so hard to accept. Users have a right to know which forums they are visiting, yet that transparency is being denied here.

There is no reason for them to be afraid to admit it. Stop talking nonsense; everyone knows it's possible, and now they've finally admitted it, so they aren't hiding anything. I suspect they are simply too honest to actually read them, even though they have the ability.

Few forums would ever admit to such things, making this one uniquely honest. If they claim they aren't reading the threads, I believe them, regardless of whether they technically could.

you absolute idiot 🤣

What are you talking about?
You can all read the Prime Minister's messages, so I don't understand why you're hiding this from the members.
I'm not targeting you directly, but they are readable, and you know that just as well as I do. If you actually don't know, send me a PM. I'll show you something privately rather than posting it here.

I did a little digging online to find some answers, and here is what I found.
Private messages can be read.

Oh yes, they absolutely can.
The link is acting up, so I cannot post it here properly:😕

showthread.php?t=522 (this is the link to the page; I am not sure why the full URL won't work, but everything is explained there)

Basically, it explains how private messages can be accessed, and it all comes down to the ethics of whoever holds that administrative access. They can be read.
