Hi there. This is my first time posting on this forum, though I’m hoping it won't be my last.
Two months ago, I dealt with infectious mononucleosis, which sent my liver enzymes skyrocketing—we're talking three-digit numbers, somewhere around the 700 mark. As of today, two months later, all my enzymes have returned to the normal range, with the exception of ALT, which remains slightly elevated at 53. My blood work is relatively fine; my RBC isn't perfect, but it's hovering right around the threshold.
Since I haven't had a chance to follow up with my specialist yet, I wanted to see if anyone else here has gone through something similar. Is it normal for things to still be a little off after they were once that high?
