Rhinoplasty: Experiences and recovery tips?

It’s been four weeks since my surgery. I’m feeling some stiffness on my left side, right near the root. At my follow-up today, the doctor mentioned that the skin has essentially become stuck—clinging directly to the bone. Has anyone else dealt with this?
By the way, there's still some swelling on my upper lip. It's still... :-(
