Changes to my lips

To provide some context regarding my situation: I have noticed small white spots appearing on my upper lip, particularly along the edges. Since I recently had several sharp warts removed from my groin area, and given that my partner has tested positive for HPV—even though she doesn't show visible symptoms and her Pap smear indicated CIN I—I am concerned about our recent history of oral sex. I find myself wondering what the likelihood is that these spots on my lip are actually warts. I have started to feel somewhat paranoid about this, and I am curious if there might be an alternative explanation, especially since I am currently away at college and cannot make it to a dermatologist immediately.
