Anyone tried Aknemycin emulsion?

Accutane can be a bit tricky to track down at the pharmacy; you won't find it in just any drugstore, though if you make an effort to visit a few different locations, you should eventually have some luck. I guess it depends on the specific shop, as one pharmacist I spoke to insisted I needed a formal prescription, whereas at another location, I simply showed them my dermatologist's report and they didn't ask for anything else before handing it over. It ends up costing about $130.
My dermatologist also recommended that I incorporate Retin-A gel into my nightly routine, so I was wondering if anyone here might know if there's any significant difference if I were to apply it in the morning instead? I was thinking about using the Accutane at night, mainly because my skin looks so radiant after using it that I'm hesitant to look less glowing during the day.
