Advil PM capsules

I’m currently seven months along, and my doctor suggested I start taking some Advil PM. Honestly, I’ve been feeling pretty depressed and tearful lately, my sleep is basically non-existent, and I deal with the occasional panic attack. Apparently, Advil PM is okay during pregnancy, though they say you should steer clear during those first three months.
The mental health stuff has been an ongoing battle for a while now, but being pregnant seems to have cranked the volume up to eleven.
Has anyone else here tried Advil PM, and if so, did it actually help at all?
