Greetings to everyone...

Since I’ve recently moved over to the Oakland area—specifically near the plaza—I find myself searching for a reliable dentist nearby... Does anyone have any recommendations they could share? 🙂
I happened to learn (mostly because a lovely young lady actually knocked on my door to promote her services🙂) that Dr. Eleanor Roosevelt is currently accepting new patients... Does anyone happen to have any information regarding this esteemed doctor?

Playing at Concordia is honestly a bit more comfortable, I guess. 🙂 It’s a smaller setup—only five courts—and while the ceiling is lower, it isn't quite low enough to be a real nuisance, you know? The lighting is better too, or at least less distracting, and it stays much warmer than the World's Fair.
My overall impression is that Concordia is definitely a step up...

When it comes to badminton, there is actually a huge range of shots and movements you can make, I guess; it all depends on where you are and from what position you want to hit the shuttlecock... It comes with a lot of practice... 😉
And if you're asking if it's strenuous, man, it is absolutely brutal. 👍
