Changes to my lips

I’ve always dealt with these tiny, subcutaneous bumps—little white spots on my lips—but today I noticed they’ve flared up significantly and are starting to cluster together.
The areas where the concentration is highest feel lumpy, almost like a localized swelling or an unevenness in the lip contour itself. 🤣
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm planning to head to the doctor first thing Monday morning to get it checked out. 🙂
In the photo, these swellings look much more severe than they actually feel. It's also worth noting that this is strictly limited to my upper lip; my bottom lip is completely clear.
