What is an SFV file?

Hey everyone—so, I just grabbed GTA 4, and looking at what I've got here, I've ended up with two main folders labeled DVD1 and DVD2. Inside those, there are about 70 or so individual files, plus one SFV file... I'm kind of stuck, though—does anyone know the best way to go about this so I can actually get the game installed?
