Same thing here. Was on the pill for PCOS, but my scans looked fine, so I quit 2 months ago to lose weight. First period was perfectly on time, but this one is about 10 days late. Should I take a test (had some minor unprotected sex with a condom)? And if the test is negative, should I go back on the pill to jumpstart things or just wait?
Also, can you actually tell what stage of the cycle you're in from an ultrasound?
