Anyone tried Aknemycin emulsion?

Hey. Does anyone know where I can actually find Aknemycin emulsion? My local pharmacy in San Francisco told me they could order it from Germany, but then I’d be stuck waiting 15 days—not exactly ideal. Is there any chance a pharmacy in Washington, D.C. has it in stock, and does anyone know what the damage will be to my wallet?
