I’m planning to get my nasal structure corrected this October, but honestly, I’ve been struggling with breathing issues lately. Every single night, I find myself having to use nasal spray just to get through. It makes me wonder—when I sit down for my consultation, will the doctor actually perform a physical exam and tell me if I need a septoplasty? Or am I supposed to have that assessment handled beforehand? I mean, that whole diagnostic process... thanks.
So, here’s the situation... my period is late. Again. It’s likely just the stress talking, though. I have surgery scheduled for next week, but the doctors won't move forward until this cycle clears up, and it simply refuses to show up. I already had to push back one hospital appointment because of this mess, and frankly, I don't have the energy to reschedule another one. Does anyone actually know if there’s anything—anything at all—that can jumpstart the process? This might sound incredibly naive, but I’ve heard old wives' tales about soaking in hot water to trigger it. Probably just nonsense, I'm sure, but... if anyone has any actual advice, I’d be grateful.
