Period talk: Questions and advice

I don't know... I'm probably overthinking this... my cycle has always been incredibly consistent... exactly 28 days... and now I'm already 7 days late. We had sex about a week ago... 8 days ago, actually... without protection, though I'm sure it couldn't have been anything... but I can't stop worrying about it. This whole month has just been such a mess for me... so much changing in my life lately... and whenever my period is coming, I usually get these breast pains and stomach cramps... which I've definitely felt over the last two days, even if nothing has happened yet. I really hope it's just the stress... I need to go pick up a test...😢
