I’m cultured enough to admit when I’ve messed up and offer an apology! The reality is, I’m pretty new here—I actually just signed up specifically because of this one question—but what can you do... Anyway, the comments triggered by your red card don't even touch upon the actual topic, which feels a bit odd to me, considering how strictly this forum usually enforces its rules.

I've been on Logest for about a year and a half now. My cycle has always been super predictable, but this time... nothing. ;( I already went to see my OB-GYN—she did an ultrasound and didn't see any sign of pregnancy, then ran a Pap smear which just showed a little bit of bacteria and some minor yeast issues... nothing major, so I'm just clearing that up with some vaginal suppositories....
Is it actually possible for a period to just skip like that out of nowhere? And could it be that a pregnancy is just too early to show up on an ultrasound?
p.s. I stopped taking the pills on my doctor's advice until I get my results back
