drinking wine—whether it's heated up or served cold—doesn't have any impact whatsoever on your menstrual cycle.

Look, since you’re clearly some kind of medical expert or whatever, I’ll just take your word for it and pretend there’s absolutely zero connection at all.🤣🤣🤣

Look, regardless of how much you want to laugh at me, you can't deny there's some truth to it, because I drink blackberry wine pretty regularly since it actually settles my system, and honestly, sometimes it really does kick in about a week beforehand, but even then, it isn't RELIABLE enough to know it'll happen exactly when it's supposed to, you know?

It’s honestly hilarious how people on this forum seem to think the only valid response to any open discussion is just dropping a "LOL" every other sentence. 🤣🤣

Look, if you ask me, those pills are basically just playing games with your hormones and messing with your health all at once, which is a huge risk. I did hear someone mention once that having a glass of heavy red wine every day might help speed things up, but I haven't actually gone out and tried that myself yet...

Is this even actually possible???

So, I’ve been wondering if there is any way at all to speed up or delay my period by maybe just two or three days using strictly natural methods. I'm talking zero pills, no hormonal stuff, nothing—mostly because I don't touch those things anyway, but right now I'm facing some specific circumstances where timing would make a massive difference. Is there any way to manage this without turning to medication?
