Period talk: Questions and advice

I guess I need some advice.... four months ago my period was a few days late, but for the last three months, it’s been coming five days early.... and the cramps are intense... has anyone dealt with this?? Also, I get urinary tract infections right before and after my cycle—should I be worried about this?
