I dealt with similar issues back when I was 16 or 17. I visited my doctor, but since I hadn't been with a boyfriend either, they wouldn't do a physical exam. They just prescribed pills, mostly Dabron. Eventually, everything stabilized... and now my cycle is perfectly regular. 😉
They will probably just do an ultrasound and give you some medication. At least, that is what happened for me.
