Could this be caused by physical exhaustion? I've been dealing with vomiting, diarrhea, and a high fever.
It is certainly possible. My own cycle arrived only to vanish immediately because I was under intense stress, sleep-deprived, and generally run down... so, quite likely, we are looking at some sort of hormonal imbalance.
