Period talk: Questions and advice

I have a bit of a situation here. Please forgive me if I’m slightly off-topic,
but if anyone has any advice, I would be incredibly grateful!
Last August, I suffered a miscarriage due to a Mycoplasma infection.
I’ve had several tests since then to clear it up, but nothing seems to work... that stubborn thing just won't go away.
Last week, I had to see my OBGYN because I started bleeding unexpectedly—my period arrived much earlier than it was supposed to. She prescribed me Duphaston tablets and Folic acid.
She mentioned I can start the Folic acid immediately, but I should wait until day 15–25 of my cycle to begin the Duphaston.
There is one thing I am uncertain about. Should I continue taking the Folic acid during my period, or should that be paused as well? And what has your experience been like with these medications?
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for years now, but we haven't had any luck yet...
I am truly hoping that this Folic acid makes a difference.!🙂 Thank you all so much for any help you can provide!
