Period talk: Questions and advice

Hey ladies,
So, here’s the deal. My last period showed up two days early, which usually wouldn't be a huge deal, but it felt off. It was pretty light and I didn't really have those typical cramps—just a little twinge an hour or two before it started. Usually, my flow is way heavier than this, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Anyway, it wrapped up, and then just one day after it finished, my fiancé and I hooked up. During sex, I suddenly started bleeding quite a bit. It was super weird because even though we sometimes have sex while I'm on my period, that usually actually helps lighten the flow and kills the cramps for me. But this time? Total opposite. It had just ended, the flow had been light, and suddenly there's all this blood and I'm cramping hard. For the next couple of days, there was still some spotting, but it was really bright red. Then it stopped completely, but three days later, I noticed this tiny bit of light discharge. On top of that, I’ve been getting this dull ache in my lower abdomen during the day—especially if I walk for too long, it starts hurting and just leaves me feeling wiped out. My next period isn't due for another 20 days. Has anyone dealt with anything like this or have any idea what might be going on? I'm not even sure if I'd suspect pregnancy since I haven't had any nausea or sore breasts, plus I did have a period, even if it was a weird one...
