I realize I am drifting slightly off-topic here, but please, do not take this the wrong way—I am certainly not an apologist for FOX. In my estimation, the network has been in a steady state of decline for quite some time now. My point was merely that scheduling a rerun in such a "peculiar" time slot actually makes sense from a purely logistical standpoint.
This is a network that once had massive hits like Underfoot airing at two in the morning, so frankly, I find it rather baffling that people are acting so surprised by this.

I suppose if one were obsessed with life up in Alaska, they might find any hour suitable to tune in—assuming one actually had the opportunity to watch—but generally speaking, the scheduling is an absolute disaster; there is really no reason to take pride in such a decision.

The series itself is wonderful, quite charming and all that, but let’s be honest: it has already cycled through PBS Kids two or three times now. It would be downright disrespectful to dump it into some nonsensical time slot when they could be prioritizing more conventional programming or, heaven forbid, actually investing in acquiring new seasons.
