It should be noted that this investigation is strictly non-commercial in nature, as the data gathered shall serve as the fundamental basis for the composition of my senior thesis. In a gesture of philanthropic intent, I have committed to donating 1 (one) dollar for every completed questionnaire to the DEBRA Foundation—an organization dedicated to supporting those suffering from epidermolysis bullosa (for further particulars, please consult: www.debra.org).
